What do you need to supply for a new website?
For a new website you need to supply less than you think: your logo, photos of your own work, a list of what you do, your details and access to your domain name. Here you can read per item what exactly we need, and what to do if you don't have something.
What do you supply, in short?

For the preview: nothing
With us it starts with a free preview of your new site. We make it with the text, logo and photos from your current site; you don't need to send anything. Only when you like the preview and choose a package do we ask for the rest. How that goes is under How we work.
Your logo
Send your logo as a separate file, in the largest version you have. A file from the designer or the printer is best: it stays sharp on every screen. If you only have the small image from your current site, send that; we'll let you know if it is too small to stay sharp.
Photos of your own work
- Your own work. Photos of your own work, your premises or your team say more than bought images.
- In the original size. As they come off your phone or camera, not reduced.
- Ten good ones are enough. Rather ten sharp photos than a hundred to choose from.
- Say what's in them. One line per photo is enough: what work, and where if you may say so.

Text: a list is enough
It doesn't need to be well written. Write down in your own words what you do and for whom, a few lines per service. Add what customers ask you most often. If there is text on your current site that is no longer right, say so: then it doesn't go to the new site.
Your details
Address, phone number, email address, opening hours and your KvK number. Check them before you send them: an old phone number on a new site costs you customers.
Access to your domain name
To put the site on your own domain name, someone needs access to the domain's settings. For that we need the login, or the name of the company that manages the domain. No website yet?
Then there is no old site as a starting point and this list is everything we need to start: logo, photos, what you do and your details. If you don't have a domain name yet, choosing one is part of it too.
How do you send it?
By email, via WhatsApp or via Signal; the details are on the contact page. Note with photos: messaging apps often reduce them. So send photos as a file, or by email.
What don't you need to do?
No design, no technology and not everything at once.
- No design. We make that; you say what you think of it.
- No technology. We take care of hosting, the security certificate and findability in Google.
- Not everything at once. If you forget something, we change it later. With monthly maintenance changes are included; without maintenance 5 rounds of changes are included in the price.
