Not in the package price

  • An online shop. That is a separate package, from €995.
  • Integrations and custom software. For example with your accounting or scheduling: €60 per hour or a fixed price.
  • Pages beyond your package. Possible: you then pay the difference with the bigger package.
  • A photographer. You arrange photos yourself; we work with what you supply.
  • Extra domain names. One .nl comes with hosting and maintenance; a second domain name (.nl or .com) costs €15 per year.
  • Your own mailbox. Forwarding to your existing mailbox is included; a mailbox to send from your domain can be added, from €3 per month.
  • A completely new design later. Changes are included in the monthly fee, an entirely new design is not.

For work that is not covered, we always agree a price in advance.

Posting yourself, with several people: we can do that too. We build a custom CMS (admin area) for your site in Next.js: you log in, write a news item or blog post and publish it, and everyone gets their own login. No plugins, so the site stays fast. For larger web apps and webshops we build such a CMS as well, for blogs, products and anything else you want to manage yourself. That is custom work with a fixed price agreed upfront; see Custom software.

When WordPress is a better fit: if you need a feature that an existing plugin covers exactly. In that case we'll tell you. With caching and a lean theme a WordPress site can be fast too; it just needs more maintenance. More explanation: WordPress or a website without plugins?

The website is yours

You are never tied to us. This is yours, even if you leave us later:

What changes when you cancel? From then on we make no more changes and no more updates. A contact form that sends through us does not automatically work at another host; call and email buttons do. For an online shop we agree the handover separately. More on this under Pricing and Hosting and maintenance.

Frequently asked questions

What does the preview cost?

Nothing. We build a preview of your new site with the text and photos from your current site. If you don't like it, it costs you nothing and we delete it.

Why are you cheaper than others?

We work without heavy WordPress themes and plugins: our sites are fast and light, so hosting and maintenance cost us little. We pass that saving on.

How quickly do I get the preview?

Within 12 hours of your request you have a link in your inbox. Weekends and public holidays included.

How many changes are included?

With monthly maintenance, changes are included without limit, also after launch: a new text, photo or opening time, or a different layout of a page (not a completely new design). If you don't take maintenance, 5 rounds of changes are included in the price.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

No. You see the preview first. Only if you want to go ahead do we agree on the price.

Are the prices including VAT?

No, all amounts on this site are excluding VAT.

What is included in the monthly fee?

More than just hosting. You also pay for maintenance: the SSL certificate, security updates and backups. Changes are included, such as a new text, photo or opening time, or a different layout of a page. Email addresses on your own domain that forward to your existing mailbox are included too. A completely new design is not covered.

Do you also do SEO and AIO?

Yes, in every package and at no extra cost. Every page gets its own title and description, structured data and a sitemap for Google (SEO), and a text version with an overview for AI search engines such as ChatGPT (AIO). We do not guarantee a top position; nobody can honestly promise that.

Can I cancel?

If you pay monthly, you can cancel any month. If you pay 1 or 3 years in advance, the hosting runs for that period; after that you choose again: monthly or in advance again with a discount. If you cancel, you get your complete website as a zip file and can host it elsewhere. After that we make no more changes and no more updates.

Why a discount if I pay in advance?

Our sites are light and cheap to host, and paying in advance saves us administration. We pass that saving on: about 25% off for 1 year and about 40% for 3 years.

Who owns the domain?

You do. Your domain name is in your name; we only take care of the technical side.

Is a domain name included in the price?

Yes, one .nl domain name is included as long as you take hosting and maintenance from us. We register it in your name, or transfer your existing .nl to us. If you cancel, you simply take it with you. An extra domain name (.nl or .com) costs €15 per year.

Do I also get an email address on my domain?

Yes. At no extra cost we set up addresses on your own domain, for example info@yourbusiness.nl, that forward to a mailbox you already have. Want to send from that address too? Then add an email package: your own mailbox from €3 per month. We move your old email for free if your current mailbox supports IMAP.

Can I move to a bigger package later?

Yes. If you start with Start and later want more pages, you only pay the difference.

How quickly do you respond?

Within 12 hours you have a reply, whether you email, WhatsApp or send a message on Signal. That also applies once your site is live.

Do you only work in a certain region?

No. We work for businesses throughout the Netherlands, by email and a video call when that is useful.
