Setting up your email

For clients with an email package: putting your mailbox on your own phone or computer.

• Server details and overview The details every email app needs, with your own email address filled in.
• Outlook (classic) on Windows For Outlook from Microsoft 365 or Office 2016 and newer, with the File menu at the top left.
• New Outlook on Windows For the new Outlook app in Windows 10 and 11, with the gear icon at the top right.
• Outlook on the Mac For Outlook for Mac from Microsoft 365.
• Apple Mail on the Mac For macOS 13 Ventura and newer (System Settings).
• Apple Mail on an older Mac For macOS 12 Monterey and older (System Preferences).
• Mail on iPhone and iPad For iOS and iPadOS 18 and newer (Mail is under Apps).
• Mail on an older iPhone or iPad For iOS and iPadOS 17 and older (Mail is directly in Settings).
• Gmail app on Android and iPhone For the Gmail app on your phone or tablet.
• Thunderbird For Thunderbird on Windows, Mac and Linux.

Straight to your email

Without setting anything up you can read and send your email in the webmail. Log in with your email address and your password; leave the field for the verification code empty.
